Export Format Issues

If your exported grid appears cropped or low-resolution, ensure you have selected the correct output preset in the customizer settings. Creator and Studio plans unlock higher resolution and vector export options.

Account and Billing

For billing inquiries, subscription changes, or refund requests, email billing@quotemastergrid.com with your registered email address. All billing modifications take effect immediately.

Custom Font Requests

We review font suggestions monthly. Submit your typeface recommendation through our contact form with a link to the font specimen and a brief explanation of how it would benefit the platform.

Visit Our Typography Studio

Our headquarters in the Typography District of San Francisco serves as both a working design studio and a collaborative meeting space. We welcome visits from partners, collaborators, and anyone passionate about editorial design.

The studio features an archive of over three hundred vintage typographic specimens, a letterpress workshop, and a digital rendering lab where our team develops and tests new grid systems before they reach the platform.

Open studio hours every Wednesday from 2pm to 5pm PST
